At NMS Honey QA, we take product quality and customer satisfaction seriously. Please read our Returns & Exchanges policy carefully before making a purchase.

Important Notice

Due to the nature of fitness and dietary supplements, we follow strict hygiene and safety standards. Opened or used products are not eligible for return or exchange.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Invoice or proof of purchase is mandatory

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or partially used supplements
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
  • Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales
  • Gift cards or free promotional items

3. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

4. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped products. Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

5. Refund Policy

Once the returned product passes our quality inspection, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product delivered by us.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled only before shipment. Once dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
